Magnetic float level transmitter
Recommended model: MT6111、MT8651
Featurest:
1. ≤1.3μA extra low power consumption
2. 20Hz sampling frequency
3. Temperature compensation circuitry provide good & stable performance from -40℃ to 125℃
Working principle:
The float level transmitter consists of two parts: the liquid level sensor and the current converter. The float ball changes synchronously with the liquid level, and the magnetic sensor is controlled to be turned on/off, so that the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly, and then the converter convert the change of resistance into a 0~50mA standard current signal and superimpose the digital signal output. In the instrument control room, liquid level in opening, closed containers, or underground tanks can be displayed, alarmed, and controlled. It can detect conductive and non-conductive liquid media such as water, oil, acid, alkali and industrial sewage, and can overcome the influence of false liquid level caused by liquid foam. Widely used in refining, chemical, paper, food, and sewage treatment industries.
Magnetic flap level gauge
Recommended model: MT6133
Featurest:
1. 360 degree sensing
2. 20Hz sampling frequency
3. Temperature compensation circuitry provide good & stable performance from -40℃ to 125℃.
Working principle:
Magnetic flap level gauge is developed according to buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the liquid level gauge also rises or falls, and the permanent magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flipping column to flip 180°, when the liquid level rises, the column changes from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the column changes from red to white, and the red-white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thus achieving a clear liquid level indication; At the same time, the magnetic sensor corresponding to the liquid level is turned on/off, so that the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly, and then the converter converts the change of the resistance into a 0~50 mA standard current signal and superimposes the digital signal output.
Compared with the reed switch, the magneto-resistive IC and the Hall IC not only have the advantages of long life and high frequency, but also can be used for PCB board patch, which is more conducive to production.
